Why I can not rip CD?

If I failed to extract and encode MP3 from Audio CD, there are some possible reasons?
Your CD-ROM doesn't support audio data extraction.
In this case, Advanced CD Ripper Pro can't work at present. You can try other software which support analog access method if you can play your CD with the sound card. The default CD-ROM type was set incorrect and doesn't accord with your CD-ROM.
Some sectors of your CD were damaged.
In order to keep perfect quality copies of the original music, Advanced CD Ripper Pro will stop extracting when meet error sectors and tried several times. You can clean your CD and try again.

Do I have to pay for the upgrades and tech support ?
No! All upgrades and tech support are free to registered our products.

What if  I don't want to use my credit card over the Internet?
You can Email us support@mp3do.com, and we will tell you how to do as soon as possible.

What happens after I send in the order?
You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after sending the online order form. Then, within 24 hours, you will receive a second email with your username and registration code.
If you do not get your code... or if you have lost it (Hey, it happens!:) ... please email us at sales@mp3do.com. Please include your name, address, email address, and order confirmation number (if you have it). We will be happy to help you.

I have not received my registration code! Why?
Do not panic! In many cases, there may be a processed delay. Sometimes, people supplied a wrong email address. In rare cases, the registered users are unreachable which due to mis-configured email clients or privacy control.
